If you're a serious trainer, you've probably felt it more than once: you're on your last set of deadlifts, your hamstrings are responding, your back is holding up... but your hands are giving up. It's not that your body can't lift any more, it's that you simply can't hold the bar.
This is where straps come in. And no, they're not for "cheating." They're just another tool. Just like you use a belt to protect your lower back or knee pads to protect your joints, straps are there to help you perform at your best, without letting grip limit you before your time.
When we started designing the GRYP straps, we had a very clear idea: to create a product that wasn't only functional, but also made you feel different when you wore it. Something that would motivate you even before you touched the bar. That's why we chose a minimalist design, durable materials like industrial cotton, and an inner neoprene that protects your wrist without getting in the way. Zero distractions. Just you and the bar.
Many people think straps are only for the most advanced, but the truth is, they can make a huge difference even if you're just starting out. They help you focus on technique, connect with the target muscle, and build real strength, regardless of whether you have the perfect grip today.
At GRYP, we believe that training goes far beyond lifting weights. It's a way of life, a promise to yourself. And every detail, no matter how small, counts.
If you can squeeze 100% out of every rep with straps, why not take advantage of it?

Llevo 10 años entrenando y pocas veces veo algo tan bien explicado.
